My hands and feet crack so bad they bleed, this product is a real lifesaver. Heals all cracks and protects against dry skin.

Ordered 5 quantity of this advertised 3 jars and save but only got 5 jars

Winter song soap company sent me my order incorrectly. I have ordered 5 quantity of this said advertised 3 jars set which supposed to be 15 jars all in all but what they sent me is only 5 jars. I’ve called them several times today but no answers at all. Left messages no one got back to me yet. I want to believe that this company is reputable one. I was planning to share the salves I ordered to friends and was sorely disappointed to only received 5 out 15 containers that I ordered on this advertised set. Please Winter song soap company correct my order soon and send me the other 10 containers to receive the exact quantity of the salves I paid for. Thank you and would really appreciate your prompt response to this issue on this advertised set.
